Had to wait 15 mins for my food so hey let's be rude to the customer and give me a extra piece of chicken

Never going back! Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes. Ordered a 4 piece meal with extra biscuit. Got 6 biscuits and no chicken.
Expect to wait 10+ minutes in line then not be told thank u. Should have gone to panda express
Watching girls stand around laughing for 6 minutes while you sit waiting to pay and get your is always soooo much fun.... And yes we can hear you through the window.
Been going here for about 2 years and while the management is always helpful and attentive to problems, of which there have been LOTS, the staff is RUDE and can't seem to get an order correct to save
