To whom it may concern, I was at the location 30 minutes ago at 8:50 on 01/24/26 to place my order in the drive thru. I won’t even give my experience 1 star. I pull up to the drive thru and there was a car in front of me. After that car pulled forward and I was at the intercom’s to place my order, I waited for 5 minutes before I said hello. As usual, KFC chicken was good. And as usual...the mashed potatos are not. Watery. Well, not quite watery but have the consistency of gravy. And, bland. We almost always buy KFC chicken and then go over to Popeyes for the mashed potatoes, slaw and other items and biscuits. Once again, no biscuits in our order. 3rd time. Always check your order before leaving.
They never have anything made. By 8-9pm they practically stop making food. Any time after that they tell you they are out of it or it's not going to be made the rest of the night.
