You often have to wait for food, biscuits are always stale, but chicken is usually good and not overly greasy.
Start off usually by going to the bathroom to wash my hands prior to eating and the sink was like they’re changing oil in the back and rotating tires. Had to wipe my hands on my pants due to lack of attention to the bathroom. I ordered pick up and got the Nashville hot Macaroni bowl and the chicken was soggy and full of grease that wasn’t enjoyable at all. I used to love KFC but this ain’t it anymore..
April at this KFC location is the absolute best! What an awesome employee, I wish more people like her were in customer service! My son, has autism, which makes him incredibly picky about food. He loves KFC, but will only eat it with specifically the KFC honey mustard sauce. We ordered from the KFC in Apex and they were completely out.
