Went to the restaurant 5:30pm and they said the weren't selling anything off the KFC menu only the Taco Bell menu. Like, How is that possible? All around bad service. Do better
Ordered at 1:20 through the kiosks and it took 20 min to get our food. There was two people ahead of us who got there orders within 5 min. When the food came out my bowl was very watery, my brother-in-law's food was soggy, and my wife's food didn't come out right items were missing and or wrong. Staff seemed very dismissive about our complaints when we brought it to there attention. Overall wouldn't recommend this place. They seemed overwhelmed with a total of five guest in the establishment.
This KFC location is extremely disorganized. I placed an order through the app and arrived to pick it up, only to be told they were out of chicken and it would take 20 minutes to prepare. While customers waited at the counter, employees were arguing in the back about overtime for over 10 minutes. The person managing the counter who appeared to be the manager kept giving inconsistent and changing estimates for when the food would be ready. This location clearly lacks leadership. Every time I order Uber from here my order is completely screwed up. I don’t get my sauces I pay extra for, they give me different sides than I ordered. And NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE. DONT do uber at this location if you’re gonna charge us just to screw up our orders
