I've been coming to this store since it opened. It has gone through many management changes. Sometimes it's good and sometimes not so good. I've never found it remarkable enough to leave a review until now. The last two times that I've been here, it was almost noon and there was no chicken ready. The first time, I was told it would be 15 minutes if I wanted to wait. I did not and left. This time I ordered on the kiosk and waited ... and waited ... and waited. Drive-thru experience was extremely disappointing. I waited nearly 30 minutes (yes, not a typo.. 30 min) with only one car ahead of me, which is unacceptable. The service was painfully slow and completely defeats the purpose of a “drive-thru.”
So slow….. we were in a hurry and ordered drive thru but the food takes wayyyy too long to come out……..
