Customer service was alot better than other places I have been too these past couple of weeks
The young man with the braces, I think he told me his name was Desmond. He is amazing respectful guy and is the definition of real customer service that I love to have! They were out of crispy chicken when I placed my ordered and they had fresh chicken coming out in only 7mins (which was not no issue at all because I love fresh chicken). Desmond offered me a drink for my wait and also gave me 4 fresh apple poppers and extra piece of chicken, for my wait. He is so nice and well mannered and I will definitely be coming back. I like the food here ,especially the wings, but sometimes the quality feels inconsistent. One visit is everything perfect, next time its a little greasy. Overall, still a solid fast-food option.
