Went twice this week. First time they gave me the order completely wrong. None of my husbands chicken was spicy, they forgot my sons fries, my drink was flat and my chicken was undercooked. My husband was really wanting the spicy smacked so we gave it another shot this afternoon. The lady in the window/on headset was extremely short with us and just rude. Worst place to get food at!!! Second time they do me wrong it’s super disrespectful to give me chicken that’s been there probably all day the chicken was dry and wet on some side and on top of that lazy didn’t want to fry some fries I hope this location closes

Placed order at the kiosk for a to-gos order, it took 30+ minutes to even get the food. The ladies are kinda rude as well.
