I typically never review fast food places unless they're horrible and people should know. That's not the case with this place. I rolled up the minute they opened just by chance and was greeted with a very friendly greeting really cool guy taking the order. Border to famous bowl which most KFC's never make them very good. But shout out to the food preparer at this location I couldn't have made it any better myself. 10 out of 10 these guys showed out.
Terrible customer service. I waited at counter for almost 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. No, they were not busy as i was the only one waiting to order. And they want 15.00 an hour? Learn the meaning of customer service first. Needless to say i went elsewhere. Update. 1-24-2020, 6 PM. Gave them another chance, nothing changed. No personnel at the counter. Dirty store. Been visiting the same one off Long hollow for the 8 to 10 deal never had any issues always greeted with a smile and always look forward to going back every Tuesday
The food was hot and fresh, order was correct and fast!! Nothing better than fresh KFC chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans
