Placed order at the kiosk for a to-gos order, it took 30+ minutes to even get the food. The ladies are kinda rude as well.
The food is great and all the staff are on point. The famous bowls and Mac and cheese bowls really hit the spot.
I used drive-thru. My family and I enjoy KFC. It's consistently fresh, hot and crispy. Hubby puts cayenne on his for a "hot chicken" flavor whereas I eat it as is. The food is great and all the staff are on point except this ONE KID who is always on the microphone. Every single time I tell him no corn in my famous bowl he responds like he heard me but NEVER PUTS NO CORN. I'm convinced he actually doesn't listen to anything I'm saying except "famous bowl". The Laziest drive through window of all time award goes to this guy.
