I️ just came through drive thru 11/2 @415pm and repeated how I️ wanted my chicken tenders twice. Before I️ pulled Off I️ checked my box and the chicken tenders were not the way I️ asked (honey bbq). Not a big deal for me just wanted it fixed. I informed them that that’s not what I️ asked for. The cashier then put his hand out (no words) for the food back and then told me to pull up to wait for the corrected order. I️ declined and told him I have to be at work. The night cashier Amanda (hopefully I spelled her name correctly) was very personable and had a great attitude! Excellent customer service.
Avoid this store. Ordered 2 piece meal, got a ticket with a regular chicken sandwich added on top of it, nothing in the bag but a sandwich and fries, didn't order either of these. 15 bucks for some shit I didn't even ask for
I want to send a shout out 📢and a heartfelt thank you 🥰 to the KFC staff, they made my mom feel special on her 93rd birthday. The managers and employees always look after my mom and I know that, when I’m not there, she’s in great hands. Aside from their service and good food the team has made this location feel like a family as they greet each incoming customer (oftentimes by name) making everyone feel special.
