Customer service sucks. As an uber driver avoid this place. They will think you’re lying about addressing issues with customers after they told you to contact them. How are you doing your job when you didn’t even have the customers orders ready then had the leave to say they can take what you have or wait almost 20 minutes for a store that just opened an hour ago. There are ways to do your job and also how you talk to people!

October 27th We placed an Uber Eats order around 9:40 PM at the KFC on Old National Highway and got there around 10:20 PM. Even though the store doesn’t close until 11 PM, the employees told us it was “too late,” that they were “shutting down,” and refused to give us our food. They were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. This location made me wait and pay 30$ just to get home and not have all my food and they gave me old food at that then the phone number doesn't work this is ridiculous out hard earned money gone to waste
