I don't frequent KFCs in general but when it does sound good this is consistently the worst fast food experience in town. I don't know that I have ever received a completely correct order whether it's large or small and if it's more than a few items you better not have places to be. Tonight the order was 2 Chicken Littles with no mayo and no pickle. Received 2 Chicken Littles with mayo and pickles. They are always happy to serve you fresh food. Even upgrading my meal when they didnt have enough of the items I had paid for, so i didnt have to wait forever for the chciken to cook. ♡ ive dined in, took out, and went through the drive through.
Sitting at the drive thru wimdow waiting for my overpriced not as good as it used to be bucket of chicken, and figured u would leave a review while I wait.. been here about 10mins, lots of cars behind me and can see people at the counter. I also see an employee standing in the corner with her arms crossed doing nothing. Not a good way to run a business....get it together KFC CADILLAC
Found plastic from some sort of container or racking IN our Mac & cheese today! When trying to call the restaurant to let someone know, the line is busy. Be careful with your food! While I was in line a customer complained about hair in their food. PAY ATTENTION & DO BETTER! Absolutely NASTY!!! We will NEVER be back to a KTC again! PS: enjoy your visit from the Health Inspector today!
