Terrible wait times. Staff seems clueless and the place is grossly understaffed. No napkins, no spork, no ice in my drink. Saturday I was told it would be 40 minutes for food. I could get that faster at a sit down restaurant in town.
Extremely slow order to pay to receive food process. Asked for "as much honey as I could get" with a large order I placed, received one packet. I only come through town once a month, ill be trying one or many of the various other actual fast food places instead of coming here next time, I may give it another shot in a few months. This is just typical up north fast food tho, itnis RARELY consistent over any sort of period of time.
CADILLAC MICHIGAN. Not impressed with haveing to use a kiosk. Service was extremely slow. We dined in. There was one gentleman waiting for a bucket of chicken to go, for over 50 minutes. We waited for 20 minutesfor our meal. Our order was wrong, and then I had to settle for something I didn't really want, because they were out of what I had ordered, and it was at least a 30 minute wait. And then our potatoes were cold, and I had to ask for cups for our drinks...... NOT HAPPY....
The extra crispy chicken was extra extra crispy, hot, and delicious. The fries were also very crispy and the biscuits were fresh👍👍👍
