Typicle greasy fast food...
The customer service was great. They told me promptly that it would be a bit of a wait as they just dropped the chicken to be cooked which I understand entirely. That said, the chicken seemed greasier than I have experienced at other KFCs which is the only fault that I give to this location.
This place seems to have really stepped up there game. They were very busy tonight probably because of one of the great specials. The poor guy working was running around like crazy doing an amazing job and swiftly handling drive-thru, front counter, and even running orders outside to the customers the their vehicles. Food was hot, fresh, and service was friendly! Maybe a bad time to send employees on break at dinner time maybe should have had them clean lobby first but hey it happens. Keep up the great work!
Took forever with no cars there. Food wasn’t even fresh.
Could have gotten the same quality strips at McDonald's for cheaper and I don't like McDonald's. I asked for 4 different sauces and got all ranch. Small strips and not crispy.
