Terrible service. Waiting over 30 minutes to get our food. Not going back there again Ever!!!.
Wow almost an hour wait for food. Unreal. Slow and not even worth it
There was a 15 minute delay and I decided that was too long to wait.
Every time I go to the drive through when I order they are out of the original chicken. So I order online 1 hour out, plenty of time to make sure original chicken will be done and ready, so mind you I’m already a paid costumer. 10 minutes after my pick up time and 9 cars have went through the drive through I’m told they are out of original chicken😡
A year later- come back to update & it's gotten worse not better. I'll try to add photos of the rock hard cooked 3x fries we were served Monday even 9-22-25. Lazy & gross! Update: was looking forward to KFC fries all day. Order, pay, start heading out of town and reach for a fry and they are plain fries, no seasoning, no salt, nothing. I taste one and it literally tastes like grease! Drove back to return and get told they had to get fries from a different restaurant. That would've been nice to know when ordering!
