I’ll tack on an additional star if you give me more sauce cups. I feel embarrassed to ask for 4 ranch & 4 barbecue for my two sandwiches and nugs, but you see me. Tell me to my face, Kentucky Fried, that I don’t look like a sauce boy. 😤
Ordered on app. Showed up at pick up time. Was told my order would be another 45min because they didn't have the food prepared and stated the kfc app is a 3rd party app and they don't support it. She proceeded to take and make other orders ahead of mine. Kept making excuses about how it was only her and they aren't busy so she doesn't prepare food ahead of time. I started out to make a bad review and thought my experience was just a bad day. I read the other reviews and now I know you have a problem!! The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced other than being ignored. I was yelled@ cut off in mid sentence and I didn't lose my cool. I won't go on and on with details but I will never be back to that location. Even if it's the only one in the world!!
The chicken tasted very old. The chicken was very chewey. I know it was not fresh. The front counter credic card machines not working. Very un professional Staff. YOU NEED TOO DO BETTER THIS IS KFC THE BEST OF THE BEST CHICKEN
Closed early. The employees out in the parking lot watched us unload out of our van, one walked back inside, we get to the door, start walking in and they tell us they are closed.
