This visit specifically left a lot to be desired. Went in, lobby empty, had to wait just to be acknowledged, then wait some more to have order taken. Out of ice, employee at the counter is rude, and not just to me but the way she spoke to an elderly customer as well. Food was moderately warm and was not fresh except the fries. Was disappointed to say the least. And no receipt either smh... between 415 and 430p if I remember correct. I was also dine in and they gave it to me to go...
Didn't have any famous bowls, only had 1 pot pie and the chicken was absolutely horrible. I would not go to this KFC if I were you! Absolutely garbage!
Went in at 440pm on Saturday. Manager is screaming in the drive thru that shell only take orders inside and doesn't let you know they don't have ice. I asked if I could get an extra fry for all the inconvenice and was told i should take a refund. Manager "Linda" or "Lisa" some very old manager was sooo hostile. I should've honestly just went to BK. At least her co workers carried her and kept the place moving. I don't recommend this location.
This is a modern up to date KFC. Delivering great chicken in a timely manner. Service team was cordial, and pleasant.
This place should be shutdown if they can’t keep food in the fridge. No Mac n cheese, no mashed potatoes and they only had chicken thighs. WHO runs this establishment?
