Tried to order through the drive thru, sat there for a few minutes no answer. Said hello into the microphone and still no answer. Drove around to the window and could see people standing around. We went inside to order and the cashier was not very nice when we were ordering and the cook in the back numbered off numerous things that they were out of. I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC location, largely due to the behavior of the shift manager, Evon. First, I was told that the location was out of the fruit bites I had ordered. When I asked if I could substitute a different dessert, my request was flatly refused without any explanation or attempt to offer an alternative.
