I went today (reluctantly), I ordered but was not properly greeted or welcomed. After receiving my food I asked for a cup for water in which I was told they could not give me one, but I could purchase a cup for 3$. I'm not sure if this is the way corporate intends for their customers to be treated, but I asked for a refund and left due to this distasteful exchange.
I came in here today as a DoorDash driver, it’s about 90° outside. I have been DoorDashing all day. I asked the man that came to the front counter if I could, please have a large glass of water he said yeah, but the cups aren’t free you have to pay for it. Wow most establishments that I go to to pick up food actually always offer a drink.
