Horrible customer service. The cashier did not understand what I was ordering and refused to call the manager. They also checked out a lady that spoke Spanish before me. I ended up leaving the store without food. And these were the fries that my friend got. So glad I didn’t give them my money.
Okay I don’t eat here, I just do DoorDash and pick up from here and just wanted to say that the workers here are the nicest people ever. Out of allll the places I pick up from these workers always show out. Every single time I go I am welcomed kindly! So professional and nice!!

Been buying from here for more than 5 years. Chicken is not as greasy as other locations. Also I do not recall getting chicken that was old.
PEEKSKILL NEW YORK KFC WAS GREAT!! STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL!! THE STORE WAS IMMACULATE!! VERY VERY CLEAN!! WOW!! THANKS AGAIN KFC BUT I ONLY GAVE 4 STARS BECAUSE I CAN NEVER ORDER IN THE APP!!! SO I HAD TO WALK IN NO PROBLEM BUT I DIDN'T GET MY POINTS!! THANKS AGAIN KFC PEEKSKILL, NEW YORK BY CARHART STREET!!
