Extremely slow service, the workers here lack coordination skills and do not seem to know I'm what order to work incoming orders rendering them completely incompetent
This location is so clean, and nice. At first I wasn’t greeted by the girl standing by the cashier. But then she walked away and someone else came.. the new person that walked up and greeted me was Diana, and she made our visit exceptional! She was so nice and kind to my family. She gave my kids stickers and was so patient with us. She explained everything to me, as far as the foods and she definitely has amazing customer service! We have been waiting for 43 minutes for our food. They're servicing people in the drive through before helping the people waiting in the store for half of the length of a feature film. Employees looking like they're about to fall asleep back there, they're moving so slow. How's is this store even open?
5 stars so y'all can see this. This place sucks and has cockroaches. They often forget your meal and will make you wait forever. Worst KFC I have ever been to
