Drive-thru order for the famous bowl. Food was prepared perfectly and fresh. Nothing to complain about.
Here picking up a delivery order, a guy walked in and tried to place an order and was told that KFC isn’t taking any additional orders because they have a huge order they were supposed to have ready soon. The guy was shocked and confused and stormed out of the store. Not accepting orders because you have a big order is crazy. Maybe if it was only 1 person working but it was like 3 or 4 people back there. Corporate may want to investigate this matter.
The one person working there was having a bad day, minimal conversation, zero smiles, no pleasantries. Food was okay, not great. Overall not the best experience.
Had a special request wanted my whole wings dipped in honey bbq sauce and even though they do not do that the ladies granted my unusual request anyway! Great customer service Hannah and Rosalind thank you so much! Hope you all will break the files for me next time too
