Wow just wow the manager Kawana I believe was terribly rude, I mean rude to the point asking me if I can kinda hurry up and order and no one was behind me in the store. Chicken was old and plain nasty the younger black girl even apologized for the manager. And there’s more I’ll save it for corporate. I see why so many others talk about this woman / manager in the reviews. Wow how does cedar hill kfc have better rating than midlothian smh
Waited for my food for about 15 to 20 minutes just to go home and find ny chicken was raw and all the other 7 pieces were much y and gross. I will never again buy chicken at this location,
Ordered through drive thru and talk about bad attitudes. Asked me if I was ordering (well yeah I’m in line) said thank you and just slammed the drive thru window. Honestly I would apply to help out because I’m sure they are busy but I’m scared to work here because of the environment.

How do you go to a chicken place and they are out of chicken, they are not out of chicken. They don’t want to cook anymore because they have cleaned the fryers early and don’t want to stay late. Even though they don’t close till 9:30. I went at 8:00.
