Barely got any fries and food was cold one big rip off

THIS is the worst KFC EVER. Everytime I order from them the order is wrong, Items missing and the phone # is out of order. AVOID this location...
Doesn't take order properly. 2nd time I've asked for ketchup, 2nd time didn't get ketchup. Chicken was very dry as well as the basket. Fries didn't have much salt and couldn't even get ketchup with them. Bad experience all the way around.
