Personally, I feel kfc has gone downhill. Service , taste, and atmosphere. it's just not what it used to be and why we honestly just don't go there as often.
Made an online order, and drove 20 minutes to this KFC. Arrived and went through the drive thru to pick up my order and waited 20 minutes for them to answer the speaker after saying "hello" and honking the horn multiple times just to get their attention. She was friendly but the WAIT was terrible.
Service was horrible lady only spoke to say " whatcha want". Food was ok.
