Worst KFC in bowling green. waited 20 minutes to take my order, asked for an 8 piece chicken, waited 45 minutes, watched employees hanging out and talking while 8 other people also waited for food. after 45 minutes an employee asked “so what did you order” 🙄 showed the receipt and was told it would be another 30 minutes. left with no food, drove to kfc on scottsville rd, great customer service, waited 5 minutes ordered an 8 piece with mash potatoes and another 5 minutes had my food with a smile. stay away from bypass if u v... read more
Service is horrible and always out of chicken
Food was fair only had dark meat no biscuits no slaw had an hour to get the food the employees had us pull to the side still had to go in and get our food it was a crazy mess
