Done a mobile order went and picked up a couple minutes back to room. Chicken was cold. Ordered 5 tenders roll mash potato's with gravy and coleslaw and mac & cheese with sweet tea with 2 honey mustard sauce. Got 2 mash potato's and gravy no Mac & cheese. Sweet tea was more like tea made with lemon and water and no sauce at all.
Ive been sitting in the drive thru for 20 mins now….. I see one guy standing around talking to everyone and idk what everybody else is doing but they need to learn how to be faster. Well now everyone has disappeared. I’m not coming back to this one that’s for sure. Wish I could leave 0 stars
Not a good experience. First, I walk to the counter and I could clearly see my order sitting on the back counter. In the amount of time I waited for someone to come up and ask me anything, I could have just jumped the counter and got it myself. Let's move on to the food. I ordered the new hot n spicy wings and potato wedges. It was painfully obvious that they had not filtered or replaced their cooking oil in a while. Only Location I used to eat. Now that the Manager is fired I womt return. She kept the store clean including food changed oil on regular basis. I worked there saw her do more then she needed too. Glasgow location meat would look like it was cooked I. Oil 6months ok. Medina did amazing job. To fire somone like that realy ruins the buisness. She was supposed to be promoted the district managed was aful. She didn’t care but medina did. I think yall need to re hire her give her a better pay and let ther controll all stores.
