Horrible customer service, Horrible attitude, worst experience ever at a KFC
Great food but the worker had a sour face the whole time. Who doesn't love KFC. I'm petty sure we all do . Always great food in bowling Green
My chicken sandwich was hot and delicious. The potato wedges were cold and mushy. The dining room was filthy. It was only 11:00 am, so last night's crew left the mess. Tables were wiped with a greasy rag that left smears on every table. The floors had the same grease trail, plus crumbs and trash. The area around the drink dispenser was truly disgusting. I couldn't enjoy my meal because the dining room was so nasty. The kitchen was probably worse.
Worse place to order food. Order online and it said it is ready. I show up and waited 20 minutes and after two customers for it to be ready. I ask for refund, they said do it online. Everytime I come by, they messed up my order.
