Chicken was EXTREMELY SALTY and cashier was RUDE
There is a supervisor named Vedeline who is hands down one of the most rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant individuals I’ve ever dealt with. She clearly lacks basic communication skills, speaks to people with disrespect, and even went as far as giving me a fake name — which says a lot about her character. If this is the standard for leadership here, that’s a serious problem.
This location requires additional DoorDash verification steps that are inconsistent with standard DoorDash procedures. Repeated confirmations and impractical photo requirements caused unnecessary delays during pickup, particularly in the drive-through where clear photos are difficult to obtain. I won’t knock them completely but I’m baffled when I specifically say NO PICKLES, and there are pickles on the sandwiches. What if someone has an allergy? I can’t imagine how they would handle this. Please get it together.
