My husband went thru the drive thru this afternoon on his way home from his doctor. His order was short two pieces of chicken and he did not receive any slaw. His wait was 37 minutes. He spoke with two different employees and called the restaurant during this wait . Then they brought out the wrong order . He had to wait until they fixed their mix up. He still was missing two pieces of chicken and an order of slaw. So sad!!!!

I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, slowly becoming one with my steering wheel. No announcement, no sign, nothing. I eventually knocked on the door to see if the building was operational. Five minutes later, someone came out to tell me they were completely out of food. Meanwhile, there appeared to be a Christmas party happening inside, which raised the obvious question: where did that food come from? Apparently not KFC. Interesting choices all around.

I placed order online after a long dayshift at work. The first order didn’t go through and the website crashed and didn’t give me confirmation number or order id, so i place a new order with confirmation at the end! It says my order is ready for pick up at 8:57pm. Drove to the store and the cashier said i can pullover to the pick up area, waited another 30mins nobody came out to give me update. I don't know who you have managing this restaurant but you need to train your people!! I put in an online order hours ago an it was soppose to be ready at 6:30 I've been sitting here over 35 minutes waiting for my food!! This is unbelievable!! An im watching people go through the drive threw get their food !!!
