Worst KFC you can possibly go too. You will wait over 30 mins to get your food. Surprised they haven’t changed their management here. I would avoid this place.
Worst service ever. Takes forever for someone to come to the front to take your order, then another really long time for your food to come out. They often get it wrong or forget something , so you have to go back up and wait another gazillion years for someone to come up to speak to. The most mismanaged KFC I’ve ever stepped foot in.
On Sunday May 10, we sat from 11:50 until 1:40 for our meal. During that time there were not more than 6, not less than 4 people in the store, so wasn’t very busy. Other people had been there 45 mins to an hour waiting. This seems to be the norm based on other reviews, Just people sitting here looking at their phones, not able to get a refund. 4/30 at around seven fifteen to seven thirty. Grabbed a twelve piece family meal, I was the only one in line. The lady taking my order sounded like I kicked her puppy when I asked for a twelve piece. I only got 8 pieces, made it all the way home before realizing. Mistakes happen, but they tend to happen way more when you have people who obviously don't want to be there. Absolutely disappointed. Ordered the 3piece big box. So much for a hot meal. Potato’s were cold under the warm gravy, corn was ice cold and chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way. So aggravated this meal cost $18.78 because I upgraded to a large what a mistake. I did get the apple poppers thinking they were supposed to be warm but obviously not. Will not be eating at this location ever again.
