Ordered 3 meals, 3 3 piece chicken dinners. All had only 2 pieces of chicken and wrong side items.
The manager is very rude. Did not like her attitude. Black woman. I did an order, app was giving me problems, so when it finally went throgh, it went throgh as famus. I asked if i could get it extra crispy, they haven't even started order, so it shouldn't been a problem, she started yelling at me for that. Will not buy from here again if she's here.
Being it was close to closing i had to get what was left but it was still good.
All the employees were outside when i pulled up, seemed annoyed that i pulled up and told me it would be ten more minutes for my mobile order i placed twenty minutes ago. I asked if i should park and they didnt answer, so i pulled up to the window and some young kid with black hair said "you cant sit here". Doubt we'll be back since they didn't seem too happy to help us.
Went in to place a to go order. The cashier rung me up and stated he didn’t know how to add the coupon I presented so he went to get a manager. After a few minutes manager who stated he’s the general manager named Zach came up and stated I couldn’t use the coupon for the fill up but I could if I got the combo.
