It was an amazing experience today! It was my son's birthday and we had to do a very large doordash order. You always get worried to do a large doordash order in wondering if they are going to get every component right. Best place to get food from, an amazing job, and the food was delicious, service was amazing, and we were happy to open all the bags and have everything there! We will continue to use this place for big orders in the future! Thank you to the Dawsonville location for making my son's birthday perfect!
I keep hoping that they get better at providing all ordered items when I order via Ubereats but no. Again, missing item - french fries this time. Ubereats provides a refund for the missing item each time but that doesn’t help when you’re left without the item to eat. Where is the quality control? Is the manager awake? It’s a recurring problem with an easy fix. Just have someone verify the contents against the ticket before it goes out the door!
It’s always something with this place. Took some time off coming here but I was just craving a spicy sandwich. I went through the drive thru and got home to find a kids nugget meal instead of my spicy sandwich. On top of that, don’t expect biscuits, oven broke.
App wouldn't work and they couldn't use my "deal" at the restaurant. I ordered a 5 piece combo which comes with two sides and a biscuit. I had to wait more than 10 minutes. They forgot one of the sides and they said their oven was broke so no biscuit. They said they would sub extra fries since no biscuit but that was left out too! I notice all of this once I'm already home. And each tender had a spot on it where the batter was still raw! Like it wasn't submerged it the oil all the way when they fried it. So disappointed.
