Food was dry and not edible
I keep trying KFC and keep getting the worst experience every time. Missing multiple paid for items, the manager says they will send a coupon to replace missed items and the never do, this has happened 3 times now. I don't know if I can trust them anymore and they shuffle you out before you can even check your food. The food is good, when you get what you paid for.
We expect a reply to email or phone with 7-10 Days not business. Immediate Legal action will be taken. After this interview we will be taking action.
