The workers made sure that my food was fresh...this is a completely different experience I had last time I visited this KFC. Kidos...hopefully they continue with making the food fresh rather than handing out old and dry chicken.
Oredered pickup from the app, and my chicken was ready to go as soon as they promised it would be. The bag was sealed for safety, and correct. The employee who directed me to the food was very professional and friendly.
The young men that was working tonight was fantastic!! We dined in and theybwas having a great time while no approaching customers were at the counter. But as soon as patrons walked in to order they had their game face on and was ready to please!! It was nice to see young kids working and having a good time and still providing good customer service 👌
Refused to give us are order placed through the app even though it was still regular business hours. Rude and unprofessional customer service. The manager acted childish and nasty for no reason.
