Extremely long wait to get food. The lobby closed and hour early for no reason and the drive thru line was extremely slow. Waited 40 minutes to get my food
The lack of common sense everybody here have is absolutely crazy to me lmao I stood in the lobby for 14 mins … or two others to walk in to be acknowledged… I had a pick up order and it was just sitting there ..: the guy tells me it’s coming up … and it’s just sitting there but I would have been out of line if I hoped the counter lol … y’all are absolutely crazy … seek help !
It was not very busy but they were very slow with the order. Waited 10 mins before someone spoke to me and then another 5 mins to find the online order. Chicken was overcooked and dry . It was just not a good experience.
I ordered a large potato wedge, and the potatoes was half cooked. Call back to tell them cause I had made it home and they got the phone off the hook.
The old bbq wings are back an they are the same I love it just miss the big buckets lol service was good an fast
