This KFC/Rarely gets your order completely correct. I have given it multiple chances and they never get remember everything on the ticket. Tried the drive thru and they ask you to wait as all vehicles in front of you drive away and then they never respond again.
I sat in the parking lot and ordered through the app for the 4 of us thinking it would be easier for the workers than the back and forth through the speaker. I pulled up to the window and gave them my name for a pick up and the old lady at the window told us to pull around the building and come back inside to retrieve our order in 5 minutes. Sad experience. Ordered 12 piece chicken, family meal and paid $45+. Got home and only 9 pieces. No thighs. 2 legs and possibly another one, or at least a bone at the bottom. Never again. Used to love KFC. Not any more.
Don’t waste your money here. Don’t waste your time They can’t put the correct items in a bag or make them correctly
