Took over 35 minutes for a 12 piece wing order. Passing the info along.
Stopped in for some food and a couple of buckets for a Halloween costume and had a wonderful exchange with Quentin. He had an excellent customer service skills!
Had a bit of a problem with the online ordering (I blame corporate) and the staff made it right.
I'll tell you what... I've had a long, exhausting day taking care of my mom and I stopped here because I didn't want to drive around trying to find food. Roxanne, the shift leader, is one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. She is so pleasant and professional and helpful. Thank you for making my day easier
