Drive through cashier beyond rude. Also a bit slow witted. Had to give her my order four times and she still got it wrong!! Very combative, sighing and acting like she was doing me a favor. Yelling at me and cursing, right there while I was in line. Said she was a mgr, but I doubt it highly. Challenged me to report her, saying “she didn’t care!!” Worst service I’ve received there, and that’s saying a lot since service is rarely pleasant OR accurate.
Ordered online for the first time. The pick-up was scheduled for 12:45; I showed up at 12:30 and it was ready on the shelf. I wonder how long it was sitting there. Got home... the food was cold, the coleslaw lid was open and it leaked, they forgot all 4 of our dipping sauces, and the chicken didn't taste like the flavors we remembered. It's just what you expect from KFC
It was what I expected. Always liked the Cole slaw which did not disappoint and the chicken was hot and fresh.
I love KFC and have been going to the KFC in Green Valley for the past 5-1/2 years, I have decided that I can no longer go there. I always order the same thing, it never varies; a leg and a thigh original, chicken only and a child’s size Diet Pepsi. For the past six weeks the price a Has varied from $4.93 to $9.63. I refuse to shop at any fast food place where the price for the same order is a guessing game.
