I have ordered from this place 7-8 times in total. Giving them a chance time and time again. Don’t usually write reviews but the service is that bad. Everytime I ordered from this place something was missing. Or the whole item itself. The chicken is also overcooked 90 percent of the time. When reporting the items missing. You are hit with this order is ineligible for refund. Why must customers go into the restaurant to WAIT to pick up mobile orders? It's raining AND cold. It's an uncomfortable inconvenience which defeats the purpose of placing a mobile order. I even gave them an extra 15 minutes before I picked up a scheduled order. Sigh...

Ordered takeout online. Tracking via email said order was being received and being prepared. When went to pick up 20 minutes later, order had not been started, and they claimed they were out of some items ordered (3 large mac’n’cheese for grandkids).
