South Euclid is on a roll! I place a future order for 10:45 pm on the app. I go through the driveway first thing i hear "doordash only!" I was like well I have an online order, the lady then asks "is it for doordash???" (Like why does it matter i already placed it). I explain no its not its an online order, she then tells me to pull through the front and someone would bring it to me. I wait for like 15 minutes there were 2 employees looking at my car crazy and I was sitting there confused so I pull up to the drive thru speak... read more
Sign on drive thru says open till 1 am. Google says midnight. However employees say 11 am? Talk about laziness. They dont even bother turning off their uber eats or door dash systems, leaving drivers to drive there just to find out they are closed. So lazy!
The young lady with the pigtails ( I don't know her name) that took my order was polite and friendly she deserves a raise
