So, tonight 9/24/26 around 11:15pm I pulled in the drive thru behind another car. They waited a long time for their order to be taken. Same thing happened to me. Then after the car in front of me waited at the pick up window, the lights were turned off and it was before midnight which was closing time. Why fake take people's orders if your not going to serve them. ESPECIALLY WITH GAS BEING $4.99 A GALLON 🤬
Gave me the completely wrong order not even close to what i ordered. I was told i couldnt have a refund after i asked nore than once. The very unprofessional manager started getting loud and very aggressive because i wanted a refund and refused any food further. I was told i had to come in the morning. I will be there this was a very terrible experience and i do not recommend buying food while kevin the manager is on duty. I will be here in the morning!!!! And clearly other people have issues with kevin.
