I waited a whole hour to get my food
Worst KFC ever! If they're not fulfilling an entire order they're serving up old dry over cooked chicken. Never again!
Although I have yet to taste the food, I think it should be notable that the service was impressive. A veteran employee was training a new staff member who displayed her patience and knowledge while addressing other matters simultaneously. KFC should be proud to have an employee of her caliber!
I came about 10:30 Alexis was the Cashier on duty a she was amazing! I’ve only ever experienced terrible customer service from This place. I let her know immediately that she was nice and respectful an had wonder costumer service skills… My food was nasty lol but she was great… this is the south Euclid location btw
