Couldn't get waited on at KFC in Clemmons, so went to KFC on Silas Creek Pkwy and got wrong food! Bad experience!!
I waited over an hour for my food at this KFC, which is completely unacceptable. The cashier was very nice and professional, but unfortunately the cook with glasses was lazy, unprofessional, and unwilling to prepare the food in a timely manner. The long wait ruined the experience. Management really needs to address this issue if they care about customer service.
I will never return to this KFC! I ordered 2 combos 2 weeks ago and they forgot the biscuit, sauce and straw. Called in and they said to come back when you want the combos replaced. Well, I went today and they were the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered! Didn’t ask my name that they took down. I said they were replacing the whole combos so could I get two teas? The chicken tasted old and dry
Stopped by today for food. Service was slow, to come and find out that there was only two people working. However, both people who did decide to work were extremely nice and had amazing customer service. The wait was bad, but the customer service and work ethic made up for it. Great job to the two employees who showed up to work this afternoon
