They rude and said couldnt they cook a sandwich or fries
I come through the drive through & if I'm sick I use Uber. Yesterday and today I order thru Uber and my Chicken pie was not done nor the Mac and cheese was not hot I'm very disappointed ☹️ 6-25-2025 I ordered from Uber no drink..girl went back and brought my tea..NO ICE IN THE TEA..cup was HOT FOR ICE TEA...

I ordered a 16 piece family meal and only received nine pieces of chicken. When I called up to the restaurant to see if maybe it was my mistake and I left too early before I receive my full order I was hung up on. When I drove back to the store to get the rest of my order, no apology. They did provide me the rest of my chicken. The bucket of chicken had hair in it though.
My wife and mother picked up chicken and fixings for Mother's Day dinner, but they didn't give us our two containers of gravy and absolutely no biscuits, which they paid for. They also gave them no receipt and are not answering their phone. It's Mother's Day dinner, we're exhausted and we didn't want to drive all the way back over there, with no receipt mind you, to attempt getting what we already paid for. Don't know how to contact KFC. Hoping corporate or the franchise owner sees this and reaches out to us.
