Don’t eat here! They provide Very very slow service. I originally wanted chicken nuggets for my kids but the lady said they ran out and had to send someone to another store to get some. So I settled for the chicken strips kids meal. I got pulled up for two chicken strip kids meals. Lady that was at the window said they were waiting on fries. It’s ridiculous that it’s such a long wait time at this establishment. I will not be returning. The lady at the window was nice tho.
Ordered a 12 piece family meal and they just threw stuff in a bucket literally. You could tell the chicken had been sitting and the gravy was just brown water!
After being directed to pull forward for a 5-piece (not a large order by any means), I waited 25 mins only to have to approach the drive-thru window on foot, again, to request a refund. At this point there were multiple vehicles pulled in parking spaces awaiting their orders too. Some drivers saw the line and proceeded to exit without even placing an order. We had the friendliest crew! They were so positive upbeat and funny. They seemed to enjoy joking around with each other and the customers. The gentleman constantly wanted smiles when customers came in…so nice in such a negative world. The lady who took our order was so helpful to get us the best deal for our family. So sorry I didn’t get names.
