Slowest "fast food" I have ever seen. The app says your order is ready but it's not. I had to wait at the counter for 10 minutes after our said the order was ready, and I even waited 15 minutes after I placed the order to even drive there.
I always go through the drive through. This KFC always has fresh food, and exceptional customer service. The one in Roy has old food, and rude employees. They talk to themselves. I almost gave up KFC for good until. I had went to this one. My spicy wings were fresh, and they smiled at me. They acknowledged my presence, and made me feel happy. I will be back. I am never going to the Roy one ever again. Thank you employees for caring. I appreciate you.
