This is the first time I've been at this KFC and it will be the last. It was actually the first time I've been to KFC in years, but I had a craving for their chicken. I went through the drive through around 10:45ish today. The person who's took my order was rude and the person who was at the window was worse. No personality and extremely rude. Lousy service everytime I go. So over this place. Today I went thru the drive thru and ordered a full meal with 22 pieces of chicken. I live 20 minutes away. Got home and there were only 16 pieces. Tried calling the restaurant multiple times but no one answers until an answering service answers and asks for your remote number. This is no way to run such a great franchise as this. Management needs to be addressed.
