I made a carryout order 10/20 pieces of original chicken, double order of mashed potatoes, gravy and coleslaw from KFC on Versailles Road in Frankfort. They were quite slow to take my order but quite courteous when they finally waited on me. When I took the order home it turned out to be crispy, hard chicken and absolutely zero gravy. I called KFC and told the manager about the mistake and she took my name and correct order.
