i picked up my mobile order and brought it home. the food was possibly the worst kfc food i’ve ever had. and it was early in the day too when i would expect it to be fresh. the chicken tasted like it was cooked two days ago like it had no flavor at all. the mashed potatoes had so much gravy on them which i clearly selected the mashed potatoes with no gravy on the app. the potatoes wedges were the worst though. they have definitely been in a hot plate all day. i couldn’t even eat any of my food because it was disgusting. i tr... read more
Went to KFC for the 1st time in a long time on July 3, 2026 about 7:00 pm. Not only was the spicy chicken sandwich delicious, it was prepared and delivered quickly. The young man that took my drive in order and payment was upbeat and pleasant which is so refreshing in today's climate of not so good customer service. His attitude and prompt service has made me a repeat customer.
