I waited an hour an a half today for a 8 piece family meal. You need to fire the supervisor and the cook. This is ridiculous! And then I get 5 small drumsticks and 3 thighs! I'm never coming back to this place.
This used to be the best KFC in columbus been disappointing last two trips. Biscuits hard as a rock.
The employees are rude and act like they hate their job. And every single time i come here im always missing food.
Nobody will answer the phone. Stoped in store very bad customer service. No chicken livers in two stops. Management needs some attention. I left the store no food.
