Extremely rude staff, the older lady working the drive thru the evening of August 13th gave me a ton of attitude when I asked for a new drink because the Dr. Pepper had run out of syrup. I had to pick a different drink cause she didn’t want to change the syrup. She also didn’t accurately listen to my order and gave me mashed potatoes with gravy instead of without, and didn’t give me the side of corn I asked for. I also didn’t receive my receipt so I can’t put all of this in a survey to the actual company.
Tenders, biscuits and wedges were hard. Been setting to long
Closed lobby early, then refused to serve me in the drive-thru on foot, my vehicle would not fit in the drive-thru. Would not open the lobby either.
Refusing to make anyone’s orders when they had 30 minutes before close stating they rain out of product and that they closed.
