We placed an Instacart order and got a ready-for-pickup notification, but had to wait 45 minutes at the store. Staff were rude and laughed when asked about the delay. Totally unprofessional and frustrating experience.
I placed an order through Instacart and was notified that my food was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived at the store, they told me they had run out of chicken and that it would take about 9 minutes to prepare my order. I waited in the parking lot, but it ended up taking 25 minutes, while I saw several drive-thru customers being served. Why is this store always closed early when it states on the website they close at 10pm?
The chicken was undercooked and the fries were stone cold all after waiting about 40 minutes even though I ordered online.
