Every time I come here, I expect awful service, and yet somehow, every time I come here i am surprised and disappointed that it's somehow worse each visit. The staff are miserable and act like its a wild inconvenience to prepare orders 2 hours before closing. Several items I couldn't even order because and I quote "we dont got that" after finally finding an item they were willing to prepare i asked and paid for extra nuggets in my famous bowl and only received 4 pieces total which isn't even the standard amount. I love kfc but the attitude from the workers and wait times are crazy. They wouldn’t let refund an item they no longer have and said we couldn’t switch it out for anything and to basically take the loss
I came in right at closing and the people working at this location were ALL so accommodating and kind!! Tikisha, Jordan and Kia especially!! They even made sure my service dog felt loved!!!! And the food was amazing and fresh even at 9:50ish pm and they made sure we were very taken care of!! Thanks ladies!!!
I ordered an 8pc original mixed chicken only. When I returned home it was 7pc thigh and wing only (NOT MIXED) EXTRA HARD not crunchy, EXTRA DARK recently fried, EXTRA OLD not fresh & EXTRA COLD not hot!! It's called EXTRA THEFT BY DECEPTION!! That was my last time donating my $$$ to KFC without writing it off on my tax return.
