Placed an online order that said was ready but waited 45 minutes for.
Shorty service. Had to go back 2 times to get my order. Right at the end of the day. I still needed my sauce. …. Just wow. They don’t want to work
Me & my husband placed an order before we even left our house (25ish minutes away) We order a 16 piece meal. It was marked completed in the app 10 minutes after ordering, when we get here they hadn’t even STARTED making the order. After about 20 minutes waiting they finally dropped the chicken.The parking lot & lobby is a ghost town, no excuse. So all in all we’ve been waiting almost an hour for our order. To top it off they have “i don’t care” attitudes. Do better KFC this is the only location in baldwin county !
