The chicken tenders were more like chicken nuggets. They were very small. It's not the people who work there's fault. It's obviously the corporations fault.
Terrible location, I have give them 3 chances, because I loved KFC...this location is horribly managed takes forever for them to even look up front to see if someone is there to order, takes forever to get your food even when they are not busy...just employees playing around and joking in the kitchen....and im also a dasher every time I go to pick up they take forever or the order is wrong. I have never had the pleasure of ever picking up my customers delivery orders on time. They need a new manager who can do a whole lot better job at preparation of orders and food. I don’t know if this manager realizes that we delivery drivers do not have to choose to pick up at all at this location. If our wheels aren’t rolling we aren’t making money. I waited in line 30 minutes with only order’s from drive-thru being filled. The manager on duty would occasionally say I’m sorry about your wait. I finally ask if they could rotate waiting on the lobby as well as the drive-thru . The manager got confrontation with me so I left ! Two customers left before me and went through the drive-thru because they were only waiting on the drive- thru customers were starting to say I guess we have to go to the drive- thru since we are not being waited on in here. We stopped here @ KFC in Foley on Friday 8/29/2025. The young man (he was tall)who took my order was very nice, polite and helpful. The food was HOT & DELICIOUS! My order was perfect. We eat here often and this was the best experience. Keep up the good work!
