The chicken was super dry, and the service was honestly terrible. My friends and I were standing in front of the menu for a while trying to figure it out, since it was our first time there and the menu was really confusing. Good place to eat
It's been awhile since I've been to KFC and I normally order chicken strips, at least that's what I thought they were called, so I was confused when I saw chicken tenders and chicken nuggets. The woman that took my order at the drive-thru window got quite frustrated and short with me as I was trying to figure out which I wanted. After the "argument" I finally received my order. Terrible Terrible Terrible customer service! Older lady couldn’t even hear me properly to take my order the 4x I repeated it. Then she proceeded to overcharge me for something I didn’t ask for. I returned back to the store to refund the meal and she argued with me the entire time with a ridiculous attitude. Dont bother coming here!!
