I asked if they can give me leg and thigh, i had stomach surgery and can't meat white meat because it's too dry. The manager just told the employee to put the box to the side had me wait and just had a whole meeting in front of me with all the employees and then the supervisor came out and she ran to complete the order. How rude
The employees especially the woman working drive thru, has horrible customer service! The managers are rude and have horrible people skills they make your order Incorrect and then get upset with you! If they wore name tags I would put their names in here personally! KFC you need to do better with your employees and their attitude
Just passing through and have to say hands down the best chicken I've ever had from KFC 🍗 amazing job store 🙌 yall was very nice as well
I went in to order some food and I was the only person in the dinning area. I waited and waited for someone to come and take my order and no one did. When they finally came to the front one of the rude worker yelled " use the kiosk! " She gave the drive-thru customers their food, literally ignored me. I asked for the manager and another rude, unprofessional, incompetent worker acknowledged herself as the manager on shift.
