Gave me a raw biscuit in my meal. Tried calling back and they wouldn’t even answer. I continued trying to call and was immediately sent to voice mail back to back. I get it’s just a kfc and trust me… my expectations are low however an uncooked biscuit is kinda wild ya know?? Like bare minimum is cook my food. So needless to say if you can wait fifteen minutes just drive to any other KFC.
Walked in as the third person in line but waited a little over 10 mins to be told it would be another 7 or 8 minutes for the TWO pieces of chicken I ordered at a CHICKEN restaurant. There were only a couple people in the place so it's not like they just got slammed. Also, an employee came out of the back wearing a glove but kept rubbing his crotch with it. He had food and flour all over his jeans. Gross. I walked.
This is one of my favorite fast food restaurants!
we waited in line for a while, we asked for our wings to be tossed in sauce which were not done, they also did not include silverware, which we went through the drive through and got mashed potatoes and gravy so, ultimately wish for a better experience but not mad! the guy was very nice !!
Changing my review due to how horrible pur ored was tonight. Was shorted 3 pieces of chicken from our 16 pc meal, two lrg with gravy and they never awnsered the phone. We live 40+mins away and we didn't see all the miss8ng items until we got home
