Tried to pick up an app order & had HORRIBLE service! I waited 10 mins to be told they were out of the food I requested (this happens a lot ) and the employee was degrading calling me “boss” anytime I asked a question (ex- “Ok boss”, “sure thing, boss” “Looks like you’re going to wait longer, boss”) , being extremely rude, and 5 cars behind me left due to wait time.. We were there yesterday evening and I guess we were invisible. The employees walked past us 3 times and never acknowledged we were there. I’m tired of not having food ready and not being waited on. This is a poorly run KFC. Needs new management. Don’t go there.
Extremely slow for a small order. Nothing available. This was all at 5:30 in the evening
Placed a large online order here a while back. It was ready to pick up within 30 minutes, and the staff was very polite!
