My name is Becky Clements and I was at the store at 3819 Walnut St Hbg on 1/18/21at approximately 3:20pm. The space from ordering area to pickup is NOT large enough for mid-sized to larger vehicles, the girl taking the money and handling the food was RUDE when asked to put items in separate bags because we paid both order on one card. And the chicken was dried out and the skin was so hard I couldn’t even cut through it with a steak knife.
