I ordered food via door dash. I didn't get half of what I ordered and then the driver took it to the wrong hotel and gave it to some other guy with a dog. Did t follow my I struction or even look as to where I was. When I called KFC I basically got told I was SOL because now it's on door dash. Was not impressed at all! I spent 40 in food and never got my order or a refund. I will NOT BE ORDERING FEOM THIS KFC AGAIN!
Don't eat here the chicken is gross and cold....my stomach hurt for hours after dinner bad...NO WONDER ITS NOT BUSY...felt very rushed ordering
They're mess up orders too much.
Place was empty when i walked in ordered food small order and the after wards the guy working proceeds to take the drive through order which is whatever but then their order was huge and he decided to make me wait till he made their order first just because i chose to came inside a empty store. Worst customer service ive had in a long time.
