Great experience. The gentleman on cashier was great. Clean enough and the chicken was on par. Great everything very impressed. It all starts with good customer service.
forgot half of my food the chicken was soggy. Terrible service felt rushed uniforms were messy did not look professional one bit honestly at this point I’d rather go to McDonald’s and their food sucks so that says something
Food was great! Service was good, but we had trouble getting our order to go through on the app, so we missed out on the great deals. Apparently the problem is that the store can't help with the issues and the help option on the app is the same. Get your stuff in order, KFC!! Stop making offers on the app that can't be utilized at the stores.
I won't be back! The fries always stail and cold. Very stingy with the catchup and sauces.
