HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! literally!!! would never come back!!
Real slow to wait on the customers standing at the counter. Almost walked out. Seems they are more concerned about those who are too lazy to walk in side to order to go.
We went there with a big order after the other local site said at the last minute that they couldn't fulfill our order. This location had very short notice to prepare for a birthday party. I was too stressed to get names, but a lady whom I assume was store manager (or should be!), handled everything amazingly! She was very professional, empathetic, energetic, had a great personality and calmed my nerves! There was a small mis-step and she offered to deliver the correct item to the party! Staff were very helpful. Charge for a cup for water. Same price as a drink. Not the workers fault. The atmosphere seemed very friendly.
The food was so good! I would post a picture, but I ate it all! The chicken was fresh and the pot pie was too bite your tongue for! I havent had LFC in a long time! I am glad my friends talked me into going! I don’t know if they all are the same, but the on in Tupelo, Ms , 508 North Gloster, is what’s on the receipt. I will be back for lunch tomorrow!
