Was in the drive-thru for over 12min before I left. Everytime i asked to start order, was told to "wait a second". Typically decent but not at night.
Omg what in the hell. Where is the professionalism? Rude customer service at the drive thru. Order was not ready when we got to the window so we was parked. Only ordered 2 chicken littles and 2 fries. Tell me why was everything cold when we got the food. This place has gone down hill. Blame management for allowing the nonsense.
