Was not pleasant! Waited too long to get the order wrong. I should say an incomplete order. Must've forgotten I was waiting. Six cars later I finally walked in for them to say" We are dropping g tenders right now!🤨😕😠!!" Not happy 40min wait!!
Horrible customer service ! Manager was rude…when asked to get a leg and thigh instead of the 2 wings they gave me for my #2, the lady who was originally at the window stated she can’t bc I took it out. I was in the drive thru?? So of course it was taken out? And I brought it right in once I checked my bag. (Mind you I spent $10, why would I not want what I sale for) Then when I was finally told it can be swapped out they had an attitude. Ridiculous customer service.
Location cannot get an order right to save their lives. Ordered tonight, the only thing they got right were the drinks. Wraps were missing ingredients, nuggets were so old that they were chewy, sides were completely wrong. KFC customer service offered me $12 refund for a $25 order "for my inconvenience". Screw that. I will be disputing the charge for not delivering the goods as advertised and never visiting this trash location again.
