A 49 minute wait for a potpie at a drive thru is wild. Management needs to be retrain.
First it was 8:30 and no crispy chicken. Employees does not want to work and put more chicken to cook because they close at 10pm, is not the first time. But this time, I ordered the 10pc and got 8pcs 2 fam members had to eat one pc of chicken. There's always something wrong and I know I live a cross the street. So mad paid 35 dollars for the 10pc and only got 8. I didn't go back because I had already started to serve. Horrible service, someone responsible should always be there.
