I walked in wasn’t greeted or anything. waited at the counter for about 5 to 7 minutes before I was even seen the young girl wrote my order on a sheet of paper and gave it to another drive-through lady.who I think forgot about my order bec I haven’t even paid so I patiently waited to pay so at least it would be on there screen that another good minute then I waited another 30 plus minutes for the Tuesday eight piece special I asked for a complementary drink, the young lady just looked at me and went on. Laura was great she let us in quickly to use the bathroom because we pulled up just when it turned 9
The service sucks. Last several times I’ve came here, and I usually order ahead, I’m told when I get here “we ain’t got that, you can get something different”. This time was a door dash order and it took an hour to get completed! Whole time I’m watching other orders being filled with some of the same items that I ordered.
