Tried to do an online order here got to the store after placing the order and the young lady working night shift by her self said the store is closed mind you the whole building was lit and on and kfc still took my order somehow im not happy customer and would like a refund
Asked for teo biscuits got one paid for two, asked for a breat and a thigh got a thigh and a wing .... should learn how to check food before I drive away
Extremely slow service. Often forgets to make parts of food orders. Theres nowhere to sit here and might as well be to go only. Waited 30 minutes for my family's order.
I am very disappointed. I have been in the service industry for years and I don't care to eat out much because I feel people do not appreciate their jobs. Very rude young girl didn’t take my order while I ordered at speaker as I arrived to the drive up window she rudely asked me for my order, the mgr came to the window to also be rude and inform me that it would be 7 minutes for white meat while I waited for my food as well as 3 other cars waiting, just like last week when I came much longer than 7 minutes.
