I went through the drive through at the one in Titusville by Lowe’s about 5-10 minutes ago and the lady working the drive through was amazing. She was kind, spoke with a smile and just had overall amazing customer service.
And even worse today. Managment is the absolute worst. Have to change my 5 star to 1 star. Ordered from app went to pick up they ran out so I only got 1/2 of the order. No refund or credit. 2 weeks later I order on the app git no food because they were out. Spent 15 minutes there before they were kind enough to let me know. Had to call corporate for a refund cost me another 35 min. They lost me as a customer NO MORE KFC IN MY HOUSE. If they keep this up they will end up like Popeyes down the street.
