Terrible service. I placed an order for chicken and had to wait over an hour for them to prepare it. In my opinion, this is the worst KFC I have visited in all of Florida. There are bad ones, but this one is definitely the worst.
This place needs a whole new crew the food Is not fresh at all. The oil is old and all the food that's fried taste like fish. Horrible place to eat at you can get a way better expérience at publix
THIS KFC ALWAYS HAS ISSUES!!! Pulled up to the drive through at 3pm and they immediately yelled "We all outta fried chicken". Not the first time that has been said there.. at this point they should close the place down and build a Chick fil A like everyone in Titusville wants lol..seriously don't even bother wasting your time at this specific KFC...Iv lived here for 4 years.. 2 times they have said they have no chicken and the other 2 times iv tried (in person and online they got the order wrong.
Sitting in the drive thru for over 3 minutes waiting to order and not 1 person was waiting in the drive-thru or inside. Ridiculous . I left and went to another place to eat. Yall need to do better with your workers.
