They must have changed the way they cook case it was awful. Plus they didn't have enough food cooked for my order and I think they forgot about me. I had to wait 45 minutes for my order and it wasn't right so I had to wait another 15 minutes and again it wasn't enough chicken so they gave me 3 chicken wings to make up for a chicken breast. Oh and 3 biscuits instead of 4 and a single serving of green beans. I’m really disappointed with my recent KFC experience. I placed an order and not only was it incorrect, but I had to wait longer than expected to even receive the wrong food. It’s frustrating to spend money and not get what you asked for. That being said, I do want to mention Pam, who works there—she was incredibly kind and helpful despite the situation. She did her best to fix the mistake. KFC needs to work on their accuracy and efficiency, but Pam deserves recognition for her great customer service.
