I’m really disappointed with my recent KFC experience. I placed an order and not only was it incorrect, but I had to wait longer than expected to even receive the wrong food. It’s frustrating to spend money and not get what you asked for. That being said, I do want to mention Pam, who works there—she was incredibly kind and helpful despite the situation. She did her best to fix the mistake. KFC needs to work on their accuracy and efficiency, but Pam deserves recognition for her great customer service.

I would give no stars if I could. The restaurant was beyond disgusting and dirty. When I pulled up to the restaurant the staff was sitting at a table. As I got out of my car and approached the door they all ran to the kitchen. There was soo much food and trash on the floor in both the dining area and kitchen it looked like it had not been swept or cleaned in well over a month. 0/10 experience! Ordered a 3 piece meal with a mac n cheese/mashed potatoes/starry, a chicken tender meal with potatoes and a MTN dew. Got ALL wings of the bottom of the batch with two mac n cheeses and two starrys with no ice… what is the world coming too. I understand the world is hard but you do not get paid for people to spend 30+ dollars on food to do this DO BETTER.
