Terrible service; there’s no staff around, and they leave you waiting to place your order. When you go to pay, they tell you they don't have change—just a reminder: *you* chose this job.
Brandy was able to correct a major problem with our order. She made it right with incredible customer service and a friendly attitude. Will definitely return.
Chicken was over cooked and dry! The skin was not crispy as if they had recooked old chicken! Got a refund from door dash and will never order from here again!
They pull every order to the fire lane every time i have been there lately. It's not being used to expedite service it is used to avoid customers
