Love this store and the people they are funny and work very hard to get orders fast I've never had a problem with this kfc.
I’ve literally been calling this restaurant for 30 mins and no answer at all they don’t even have a answering service what’s the point of even having a phone if no one is gonna answer it
It was an absolute mess. Only two people were working, cars were wrapped around the block, and customers were asking for refunds. This was at 5:30PM on a Friday “prime time” with no excuse for how poorly the place was being run. You can’t fault the two employees for this—it’s clearly a management and ownership problem.

I guess fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. I gave this place a second chance and I hoped they had gotten better but unfortunately back to the lack luster schenanigans. Ordered online waited the allotted 40 minutes. I guess their dial-up internet took the entire 40 minutes to get our order to the restaurant because when we arrived to pick it up lo and behold it wasn’t ready and they didn’t have the chicken we had ordered and paid for so we got to substitute for what they had.
