This is easily the worse service, in southeastern North Carolina. The shift manager Mike was dressed like he just got off of a tactor plowing a field. The front cashier was a young lady in a wheel chair with a cast on one leg and a fluffy bedroom shoe on the other foot. Last few times chicken has been not cooked all the way through. I really think they should close and retrain everyone in that place, fire a few as well. Terrible!
Went here more than once and every time I have been through the drive thru I had to pull into parking spot and wait. Each time was several minutes. Only ordered a tender meal or a nugget meal so no large or complicated order. What should be a 5 minute stop turned into a 15 minute stop on more than 1 occasion. Should learn my lesson and not return. Just don't be in rush going to this place. I was forgotten about 1 time and had to go in and get. Very frustrating. Went through drive thru, the gal on mic was super rude and I work with the public so rude is rude when I got to window you could visibly see an argument she half handed me my food while simultaneously closing the window I have had bad service but she was awful
