Ordered two, three piece meals, and received only two piece meals. Tried to call the restaurant to speak to a manager and the number goes to a mailbox that states their mailbox is full and cannot take calls. Not only is the customer service poor, but also the food preparation. We were promised a quality checked order and we did not receive that. It’s simple - prepare the orders for what the customer paid for and validate before you send it out.

Ordered the $20 bucket meal. Extra crispy. Comes with 8 pcs of ckn. How about we had only thighs and legs and I dont know what the crust was. Greasy and falling off and too dark. I know it had been cooked a while. How about I can't even call because it goes to a full mailbox!! Im livid!! Chicken too greasy to eat. Nasty is what it is!! Im going to call corporate tomorrow since they won't answer the phone. Im sorry, but food establishments need to pay attention to the quality of the food. But nobody cares anymore. Ordered pick up about 5pm went inside to pick up at the KFC in shallotte, nc..Got food and wedges tasted like they were made when the store opened first thing that morning. Nuggets tasted old as well. My wife said her breast and thigh tasted like yesterday's chicken. Biscuits were hard as rocks. Staff was acting like they were at a frat party. Me and my wife love KFC but this will probably be the last time I ever go to KFC anywhere again.

The short black girl was cussing everybody out and acting very to everyone very unprofessional they also did not have a supply of chicken it took 45 minutes to get my food
