I saw cockroaches scurrying around in the lobby.
If I could give a zero I would. Did an app order and it said 20-30 min. I get there and wait a few then my order says ready on the app. I ask the worker she said it was about 5 more minutes. While in there, 11 people were waiting on their orders as well. The manager on duty Michael. On of the twins. Goes and locks the main door and tells the cashier not to wait on anyone else. The chicken was amazing. Large chicken breasts that were very moist and flavorful.
Should not have to wait an hour for a mobile order to be ready!!!
