I generally only leave reviews when a place is really good or really bad. This place is the latter. My chicken pot pie was... fine, but nothing to boast about. The staff were fine, but the whole place was DISGUSTING. Two out of three stalls in the ladies restroom were out of order, and only one was marked. The other was both out of toilet paper and didn't want to flush. My wife ordered 3 legs , they don't know the difference between a leg and a Thigh happens to much , we used to dine here two times a week, won't be back, they could not even print the new receipt, manger couldn't do this Hum

Ordered two, three piece meals, and received only two piece meals. Tried to call the restaurant to speak to a manager and the number goes to a mailbox that states their mailbox is full and cannot take calls. Not only is the customer service poor, but also the food preparation. We were promised a quality checked order and we did not receive that. It’s simple - prepare the orders for what the customer paid for and validate before you send it out.

Ordered the $20 bucket meal. Extra crispy. Comes with 8 pcs of ckn. How about we had only thighs and legs and I dont know what the crust was. Greasy and falling off and too dark. I know it had been cooked a while. How about I can't even call because it goes to a full mailbox!! Im livid!! Chicken too greasy to eat. Nasty is what it is!! Im going to call corporate tomorrow since they won't answer the phone. Im sorry, but food establishments need to pay attention to the quality of the food. But nobody cares anymore.
