The chicken is disgusting. The employees dont care. I was told they were under staffed. So dont waste your money.
Tonight a couple minutes ago we went to the store and ordered 12 pieces chicken meal they told us we had to wait 20 minutes and we told them ok but after 30 minutes we went to the window to ask if our order was ready and they said we should wait longer, about 5 minutes later they came out to our car to ask what we had ordered and it seems like they had forgotten our order, after another 20 minutes a man brought the order to the car and just threw it in the window and said goodnight and left in an offensive manner, our order ... read more
Wow.. sad to have to check your bag when you only ordered mashed potatoes and gravy... they managed to leave out the gravy
Wow! Wish I could give you 7 stars! Has there been a change in management at the Rogers location?? We expected the same small mediocre chicken pices and stale biscuits weve had for YEARS -- but were shocked at the freshness and quality of the chicken and sides! Soft fluffy biscuits & the gravy was perfect. So impressed! We'll be back soon!
If a zero star was an option that’s what I would give. Waited for over 10 minutes to get food and still wasn’t ready and we were the ONLY people there. Service was absolutely horrendous, staff was sub par. Do yourself a favor and never go to KFC again. Worst experience ever.
